1. Eligibility for Returns:

• We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Perishable goods

  • Downloadable software or digital products

 

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Play2Learnmama@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

• Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

• Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

4. Refunds:

• Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
